Coleraine BID is managed by Coleraine BID Limited, an independent, not-for-profit organisation driven by the private sector. This structure ensures that the interests of local businesses remain at the heart of all initiatives, fostering a strong, community-led approach to revitalising Coleraine.
The strategic direction of Coleraine BID Limited is guided by a dedicated group of up to eight volunteer board members. These individuals, each bringing valuable expertise and local insight, work collectively to shape and advise on the business plan approved by the BID members. Their commitment reflects a shared goal: to enhance the vibrancy and economic vitality of Coleraine.
With representation from over 200 businesses and organisations across the town, Coleraine BID's mandate is to execute the business plan with precision and enthusiasm. This involves identifying, agreeing upon, and delivering a schedule of targeted initiatives aimed at boosting Coleraineā€™s appeal as both a regional shopping and leisure destination. The ultimate vision extends beyond local ambition: to position Coleraine as a premier national tourist destination, attracting visitors and enriching the local economy.
